1 General Provisions & Definitions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the bdt10 online casino and betting platform ("Platform", "we", "us") and any user of the platform ("player", "member", "you"). These Terms must be read together with the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy.

1.1 Definitions

• "Account" — your personal profile registered on bdt10.
• "Bonus" — additional funds or benefits provided by the platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the obligation to place a specified amount in bets before a bonus can be withdrawn.
• "Real Money" — actual funds deposited in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT/৳).

1.2 Changes to Terms

bdt10 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered as your acceptance of the updated Terms.

2 Eligibility & Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be 21 years of age or older to use bdt10's services. Access by minors is strictly prohibited. If any member opens an account by providing a false age, that account will be closed immediately and all winnings will be forfeited.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each person may hold only one account. Operating multiple accounts under the same name, the same IP address, or from the same device will be treated as bonus fraud. In such cases, all accounts will be closed.

2.3 Providing Accurate Information

At the time of registration, you must provide your correct name, date of birth, mobile number, and payment details. Providing false or misleading information may result in account verification failure and suspension or cancellation of withdrawals.

2.4 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials completely confidential. Do not share your password with anyone. If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, notify the bdt10 support team immediately.

3 Deposit, Withdrawal & Payment Policy

3.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount on bdt10 is ৳500 (five hundred taka). Currently accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank). Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800 (eight hundred taka). Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. Your account must be verified and any bonus wagering requirements must be met before withdrawals can be made.

3.3 Fraudulent Transactions

If any chargeback, payment dispute, or evidence of fraud is found, the associated account will be suspended immediately and the matter will be reported to the relevant authorities.

4 Bonus & Promotion Terms

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive a ৳2,000 bonus and your total balance will be ৳3,000. If you deposit ৳10,000 or more, you will receive the maximum bonus of ৳8,000 and your total balance will be ৳18,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times, applied only to the bonus amount — not the deposit amount. Example: for a ৳2,000 bonus, a total of ৳2,000 × 25 = ৳50,000 must be wagered before winnings earned from the bonus can be withdrawn.

4.3 Bonus Usage Restrictions

• A player cannot claim the welcome bonus more than once.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they can only be used to play games.
• bdt10 reserves the right to modify the terms of any bonus or withdraw a bonus at any time.
• If bonus fraud is found, the bonus will be forfeited.

4.4 VIP Program

bdt10 has three VIP tiers: Bronze — up to 0.4% weekly cashback; Silver — up to 0.8% weekly cashback; Gold — up to 1.2% weekly cashback. Tier upgrades are based on playing activity. bdt10 reserves the right to change the details and terms of VIP benefits.

5 Gaming Rules & Fair Play Policy

5.1 Game Rules

Each game on bdt10 is governed by its own rules, which are displayed when the game loads. In the event of any technical error or discrepancy, the decision of the relevant game provider will be considered final.

5.2 Technical Issues

If a game is interrupted mid-way due to server outage, disconnection, or any other technical reason, bdt10 will make every effort to resolve the issue. However, bdt10 is not liable for any losses arising from such situations.

5.3 Fraud & Cheating Prohibited

Exploiting software bugs, using bots, collusion, card counting, or attempting to win by any other dishonest means is strictly prohibited. If such behavior is detected, the account will be permanently closed and all deposited funds will be forfeited.

5.4 Sports Betting

In sports betting, bdt10 offers markets on various sports such as cricket, football, kabaddi, and others. The official result of the relevant event applies when settling bets. If an event is cancelled or rescheduled, bets will be settled according to bdt10's specific rules.

6 Account Suspension & Closure

6.1 bdt10's Rights

bdt10 may temporarily or permanently close any account without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Evidence of fraudulent activity.
• Providing false or misleading information.
• Failure to provide documents requested for verification.

6.2 Player's Rights

7 Privacy & Data Protection

8 Copyright & Intellectual Property

All content on the bdt10 platform — logos, graphics, text, software, interface design, and more — is protected by bdt10's copyright. Copying, distributing, or modifying it for commercial purposes is prohibited by law. Third-party game providers (such as PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, JILI, Spribe) have their own respective copyrights governed by their own policies.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bdt10 will not be liable for:

• Games interrupted mid-way due to internet connection issues.
• Delayed transactions caused by third-party payment providers.
• Issues arising from faults in your device or software.
• Force majeure (uncontrollable circumstances) — natural disasters, cyberattacks, and the like.

bdt10's total liability will in no case exceed the amount of the transaction in question.

The following activities are completely prohibited on the bdt10 platform:

• Playing games using bots, scripts, or automated software.
• Using multiple accounts or another person's account.
• Using the platform for money laundering.
• Threatening or harassing other players.
• Abusing the bonus system or violating specific bonus terms.
• Attempting to access from a restricted region using a VPN or proxy.

13 Applicable Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms will be interpreted in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute, both parties will first attempt to resolve it through friendly discussion. If any clause is found to be unenforceable or invalid, all remaining clauses will remain fully in effect.
